Some months ago, just after giving the conference about sugar (link) I went to Fnac and bought a book called The Four-hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss (English/castellano). It is a problem for me to go there because I always fancy something, regardless it is good or bad it just happens… but this case was different, Tim’s book -advertised as #1 NY Times, Wall Street Journal, and BusinessWeek Bestseller- has supposed a milestone in the way I understand the world, people and business. It’s been a kind of a relief and the feeling of finding something you were looking for time ago… just as with Richard Branson’ books and views. (For 5-star ki lovers: you know, they’re 5 as I am…). He (alone?) has invented or at least developed some interesting concepts, among which is: lifestyle design. Around it he explains a new way of doing business and/or living (it is not necessary to have a business of your own to do it), that stresses on enjoying life, and quality of living… if you are capable of doing what he does you’ll be able to live in different countries, became world champion of a martial art or have a tango Guinness Record… The point is you’ll find ways and resources -really practical!!!- to make possible whatever you dream of your life.
To follow him is however a difficult way for many people and probably only apt for a very specific type of people (it is a clear 5 style of living), because 99% of what he supports is orchestrated around parallel thinking and life-hacking, but a change that is worth to try. I find it similar to decisions as going for macrobiotics or starting over in a new city.
If you wanna know another way of living, want a change for your life, or just are curious about it, read the book, and have a look to these links below:

Semana Laboral de cuatro horas… qué buen concepto. La cultura es el producto del ocio y la civilización el proceso constante por reducir el nivel de esfuerzo. Cuanto menos trabajemos, mejor…
